Nancy's Practice Areas

Nancy is a senior partner and supervisor of our Health Law practice. She concentrates in the area of health care and general corporate enterprise development and transactions, representing both for-profit and not-for-profit clients in corporate business transactions, including corporate formation; joint ventures; sales, mergers and acquisitions; buy-sell agreements; real estate transactions, leasing and financing; certificate of need; licensing and the operation of health care facilities. Her clients include corporate clients, individual healthcare practitioners, owners and administrators of health care facilities, mental health facilities, senior residences, assisted living facilities, home care services agencies, and physicians’ groups. Nancy has spoken on topics involving health care licensing, corporate formation, not-for-profit corporate issues, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and various issues in health law to trade association groups, and to the Albany County and New York State Bar Associations.

Nancy  is recipient of the 2016 Kimberly A. Trioisi-Paton Leadership Award presented by the Capital District Women’s Bar Association.  She is recipient of the Legal Aid Society Distinguished Service Award and is listed in the publication Outstanding Young Women in America. Nancy is a Treasurer of the Saratoga County Bar Association where she serves on their Executive Committee and chairs the annual Law Day event as well as serves as Delegate to the New York State Bar Association House of Delegates. She serves on the New York State Bar Association’s Women on Law Committee.  Nancy is  active involved in a number of local and national charitable organizations. She is past President of the Italian-American Bar Association, the Brown School Board of Trustees, the Board of Directors of Susan G. Komen Foundation Race for the Cure, the Junior League of Albany and Schenectady Cancer Foundation.
