Charles is an Associate in our Business Law, Construction Law, and Health Law departments. Joining our firm in June 2022 as a law clerk, he assisted with legal research, motion drafting, and attending court hearings and depositions.

In our Business Law department, Charles focuses on transactional law and assists with cases involving landlord-tenant disputes, real estate transactions, and personal injury. Within our Construction Law Department, Charles supports owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, their sureties, and design professionals (such as architects and engineers) on a range of legal issues. Working with our Health Law Department, Charles aids in litigation and regulatory affairs concerning nursing homes, adult care facilities, and compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Charles is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association.

Beginning his academic journey at SUNY Brockport, Charles majored in Business Administration with a minor in Criminal Justice. Beyond academics, he distinguished himself as a dedicated member of the men’s varsity baseball team for four years.

Charles earned his J.D. from Albany Law School, graduating cum laude. During his time there, he was an active participant in the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials competition and represented the school in inter-school travel team competitions.

During his second year of law school, Charles gained practical experience as a legal intern in the Claims Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General. While in this role, he attended and prepared questions for depositions and helped organize litigation documents for trial.

Originally from Hopewell Junction, New York, Charles lives in Albany.  In his leisure time, he enjoys being outdoors and playing sports.
