Samantha is an Associate in our Health Law department. She represents and advises health care providers and clinical laboratories in fraud and abuse, HIPAA, data security, compliance, Medicaid and Medicare compliance and other regulatory and transactional matters. Sam previously interned with our Firm researching legal issues in the healthcare industry including nursing home issues.

While in law school, Sam was a legal intern at the Health Law Clinic of the Albany Law Clinic and Justice Center researching legal issues in the healthcare industry. She was an Intern and later Judicial Intern for the Honorable Erin P. Gall of the Oneida County Supreme Court, where, in addition to drafting court decisions and briefing cases, she researched legal issues including malpractice, foreclosure, divorce and insurance claims.
