Chad is an attorney in our Personal Injury practice where he represents people injured as a result of the negligence or medical malpractice of others. Chad has handled countless cases from intake through trial and appeal over his extensive legal career. Prior to joining O’Connell & Aronowitz, Chad was in private practice. He has 25 years of legal experience, the large majority of which was representing those injured by the negligence or medical malpractice of others. He also practiced in the area of Family and Matrimonial law. Chad is an Associate Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an honor society for Trial Lawyers that a member is nominated to and consists of less than one-half of one percent of trial lawyers in America. He has also been named to the Super Lawyers Upstate New York Rising Stars 2013-2017 (last year he was eligible for this designation), a designation that acknowledges emerging attorneys admitted to the bar within the past ten years.
