Andrew is Of Counsel with our Health and Business Law practices. He advises and counsels clients on health care transactional matters and regulatory compliance, including health care fraud and abuse issues related to state and federal anti-kickback and physician self-referral laws, physician entity structuring, licensure matters and corporate practice of medicine prohibitions. Andrew frequently assists clients with corporate matters including, providing counsel to directors, officers and executives, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents with respect to equity transactions, employment agreements, organizational documents and service agreements. He has significant experience with respect to representation of health care providers and physician practices in connection to complaints and investigations by state and federal regulatory authorities.
Andrew represents a variety of clients, including physician group practices, behavioral health providers, clinical laboratories, cannabis companies, telehealth companies, management companies and individual providers.
Prior to joining O’Connell & Aronowitz, Andrew was an associate at a national healthcare firm and a partner at a boutique healthcare firm. In those roles, he primarily worked on healthcare transactional, corporate, employment and regulatory matters.
