We negotiate and draft the documents necessary to implement a particular transaction, including purchase/sale, ground lease, commercial lease, PILOT transaction, condominium development, community development or commercial development.
We represent borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and drafting of financing documents. Because we are experienced on both sides of these transactions, we bring an added dimension of insight when representing either a lending or borrowing party to a real estate financing transaction. We handle sophisticated and substantial financing and real estate closings.
We are experienced in title insurance matters, with the knowledge and ability to resolve title defects and to protect our clients’ interests.
Recognizing the complex regulatory issues that relate to the real estate industry, we assist clients in obtaining regulatory approvals and maintaining regulatory compliance. Finally, when necessary, we represent clients in disputed matters, whether they involve governmental entities or private parties.
