TOM DINOVO PRESENTS SEMINAR ON BEST LITIGATION PRACTICES
Tom DiNovo will join the distinguished faculty of National Business Institute in presenting a CLE seminar on May 15. The program, “Applying the Rules of Evidence: What Every Attorney Needs to Know’ will discuss the best litigation practices within the boundaries of evidence rules and procedure. In the day-long program, attorney faculty will share their tips on how to recongize key evidence and introduce it for maximum impact.
Tom is a senior partner in our Litigation department and practices almost exclusively in the area of personal injury litigation. He is known for his thoroughness and attention to detail particularly in handling complex product liability and professional negligence matters.
He has lectured at seminars sponsored by the New York State Bar Association on personal injury litigation topics and also lectured to the National Academy of Forensic Engineers on topics including the use of forensic animation and expert witness testimony.
Tom’s legal acumen is further demonstarted by consecutively being awarded an “AV-Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.
