Steve Coffey Secures Not-Guilty Verdict on Charges of Attempted Rape
Criminal Defense Attorney Steve Coffey obtained an acquittal last week in the jury trial of a man accused of attempted rape. An Ulster County jury acquitted a man after a 4-day trial in front of County Court Judge Donald Williams. The jury of twelve deliberated only two hours before returning a not guilty verdict.
The case was another triumph in Mr. Coffey’s long and distinguished career.
