Jeff Sherrin Featured at New York State Association of Health Care Providers

Jeffrey Sherrin was a featured presenter at the annual education conference of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers on March 2.  The program, held at the  Albany Marriott, was attended by owners, executives and senior managers of licensed home care services agencies as well as certified home health agency staff.

The two presentations, “Home Care Forum: Public Policy Updates” and “OMIG Compliance”, focused on OMIG audit protocols as well as Medicaid self-disclosure requirements.

Devoted almost exclusively to the representation of health care and social services providers, the O’Connell and Aronowitz Health Law department represents national and state-wide provider trade associations. Our clients include hospitals, nursing homes, clinical laboratories, home health care agencies, adult care and assisted living facilities, diagnostic and treatment centers, behavioral health providers, DME and respiratory suppliers, physician practices, ancillary health care practitioners and other providers.
