Attorneys Participate in Law Day Event to Give Back to Veterans
At O’Connell and Aronowitz, we take pride in giving back to the community. We continued this tradition on Saturday, November 14 as our attorneys participated in Albany Law School’s Veteran’s Rights Law Day event. Over the past 3 years the program has served more than 200 veterans with a variety of free legal services provided by volunteer attorneys.
“I look forward to this event every year,” said Jami Durante Rogowski, who participated along with David Nardolillo, Scott Iseman, Brittnay McMahon and Kathleen Evers. “It is an honor and a pleasure to support our veterans who have sacrificed so much for us all.”
The program is open to all veterans seeking general legal assistance. Some of the services provided include legal counseling on employment, small business, peer mentoring, education consulting, debt/financial counseling as well as therapeutic animal services.
