The Municipal Law and Finance practice of O'Connell & Aronowitz represents cities, counties, towns, and public authorities on administrative matters, drafting and enforcing municipal ordinances, planning, zoning, infrastructure and utilities development. We act as County Attorney for Clinton County and Attorney for the Towns of Peru, Ellenburg, Chazy, Champlain, and Lewis, NY.

We act as bond counsel for the issue of private activity bonds to finance manufacturing, commercial and civic facilities. We also represent underwriters and banks in these transactions.
