Our Criminal Defense practice is one of the most active in Upstate New York and led by founding partner and chair Stephen Coffey. A former Assistant District Attorney for Albany County and Chief Felony Prosecutor, Mr. Coffey has over 35 years’ experience in representing persons charged with serious crimes in both State and Federal courts. He has been consistently recognized by his peers for his amazing acquittals and verdicts, thus earning the highly-coveted, annual distinction as being named New York Super Lawyer.

Our Criminal Defense practice represents individuals for all levels of offense from misdemeanors to felonies to white collar crime.
