Our attorneys also act as bond counsel for the issue of general obligation bonds and notes to finance traditional government projects such as highways, sewer and water projects, and solid waste facilities. We act as bond counsel for the issue of private activity bonds to finance manufacturing, commercial and civic facilities. We also represent underwriters and banks in these transactions.
