The O'Connell & Aronowitz civil litigation practice is one of its most well-known and extensive practice areas. It combines the health care, commercial, employment discrimination, personal injury, and intellectual property litigation practices and is broad in scope as the firm represents individuals and businesses.

Our attorneys have extensive civil litigation experience in all federal and state courts, in administrative proceedings before federal and state governmental agencies, as well as in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
