The Bankruptcy practice of O’Connell & Aronowitz represents both debtors and creditors. Our attorneys represent banks and other lending institutions in commercial collection cases and defend creditors’ rights in the Bankruptcy Courts. We represent creditors in bankruptcy matters under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Our attorneys are often called upon to give legal counsel to representatives of the Office of the United States Trustee.
