Donald is a partner in our Plattsburgh office where his practice centers on commercial and real estate litigation, matrimonial, and bankruptcy law. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of civil litigation, from case commencement through the appellate process. In addition, he has an active bankruptcy practice representing all types of debtors, including individuals, businesses and farming operations—from straight liquidations to more complex reorganizations. As the attorney for the Town of Peru, Don has experience in handling the myriad issues that confront today’s municipalities, and he has also handled litigation matters for the County of Clinton and the Town of Plattsburgh.
