Partner Mark Richter will serve as faculty presenter at the HB Lead Litigation Conference on October 18, 2012 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel. He will join an expert faculty from law firms across the country.   The presentation is entitled “Pre-Suit Issues, Case Management and Settlement from the Perspective of the Insurance Adjuster and Plaintiff”. Mark co-chaired and presented at this national event in 2010 and 2011. 

As part of our Lead Poisoning and Environmental Injury team, Mark has successfully recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for injured children throughout the State of New York including some of the largest lead poisoning verdicts and settlements in upstate New York. Mark has also briefed and successfully argued several important topics relating to lead poisoning claims in various Supreme and appellate courts.
