O'Connell and Aronowitz is pleased to announce that John Musacchio has joined the firm as an associate in our litigation department. Prior to joining O’Connell & Aronowitz, he was a staff attorney with a prominent national law firm engaged in complex corporate litigation and the defense of corporations against anti-trust investigations by the United States Department of Justice.

 

John is a graduate of Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Albany Law School. He clerked with a leading Capital Region civil litigation firm throughout law school, where he aided individuals and corporations in a wide variety of legal areas in both New York State and Federal courts. John also interned twice with the Oswego County District Attorney’s office, and has frequently worked on behalf of indigent criminal defendants through the criminal appeals process.

 

An active member of the local community, John sings with and serves on the Board of Directors of the Mendelssohn Club of Albany, a 65-member male choir and the oldest continuously active performing arts group in the Capital Region. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association.
