Charles C. Dunham to Present at NYS Bar Association

O’Connell and Aronowitz attorney Charles C. Dunham will present a seminar on Health Information Exchanges & Electronic Record Systems at the New York State Bar Association CLE program on September 20, 2012. His presentation topic is the “Federal EHR Incentive Program and HITECH Standards” in relation to Cloud Based EHR Systems.
Charles is an associate in his firm’s Health Law department. His national health law practice focuses on providing counsel and general representation on regulatory affairs and business transactions to a wide range of health care providers and their trade associations, including clinical laboratories, physician practices, nursing homes, adult care facilities and mental and behavioral health facilities. He concentrates on matters involving Anti-Kickback and Stark Laws, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, and HIPAA privacy and security rules. Charles actively represents clients in all types of healthcare litigation, including criminal, civil and administrative fraud and abuse investigations; Medicare, Medicaid and private insurer audits; and commercial litigation.
