Will Berglund and Neil Rivchin Honored for Pro Bono Work

Will Berglund (left) and Neil Rivchin have joined a distinguished group of NYS Bar Associations members honored as Empire State Counsel. This designation is earned exclusively by NYSBA members rendering 50 or more hours of free legal services to low income individuals during the calendar year. They join 1,605 Bar Association members who were celebrated at the NYSBA Annual Meeting for their work ensuring justice for the most vulnerable and needy residents of the Capital District.

The 2012 honorees collectively contributed more than 294,000 hours of free legal services. Each received a certificate, signature lapel pin and the honorary credential of Empire State Counsel. He joins the ranks of 8,000+ Bar Association members who have donated more than 1.3 million pro bono honors since the program launched in 2006.
