Mr. Berglund is an Associate with our Matrimonial and Family Law, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation practices. He is a member of the American, New York State, and Albany County Bar Associations; the Family Law section of the New York State Bar Association; and the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association. Mr. Berglund is also on the Board of Directors of the Capital District Business Leaders, and he was recently selected to be a board member of the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association and of Albany Barn, Inc., a nonprofit organization.

    Mr. Berglund is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and a cum laude graduate of Albany Law School, where he was an associate editor of the School's Journal of Science and Technology. He is admitted to practice in: The Courts of New York State, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York.
