A former Assistant District Attorney for Albany County and Chief Felony Prosecutor, Mr. Coffey was the youngest Felony Bureau Chief to serve in Albany County. He also served as Special Prosecutor in Fulton and Albany Counties. He is a graduate of Albany Law School and Siena College. He is admitted practice in the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of New York; New York State Supreme Court, Second Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court, State of Massachusetts; U.S. District Court, State of New Hampshire, and all New York State Courts.

    Mr. Coffey is a member of the Albany County, New York State and American Bar Associations, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Defenders Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers in America, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association Criminal Justice Section, Member of the Advisory Group of the U.S. District Court - Civil Justice Reform Act of 1990, and a Member of the New York State Committee on Judicial Conduct.
