    Mr. Coffey appears regularly as a commentator on local television and radio stations to discuss highly publicized local and national civil and criminal cases. He has lectured and written extensively on civil and criminal trial practice. He recently co-authored the article "Punitive Damages" for a National Business Institute book entitled For the Plaintiff: Determining and Proving Damages - For the Defense: Limiting Damages in New York. Mr. Coffey has been selected to appear in the New Third Edition of the National Directory of Criminal Lawyers. He is a statewide guest lecturer for the New York State Bar Association and a national lecturer on Medicaid Fraud.

    A former Assistant District Attorney for Albany County and Chief Felony Prosecutor, Mr. Coffey was the youngest Felony Bureau Chief to serve in Albany County. He also served as Special Prosecutor in Fulton and Albany Counties. He is a graduate of Albany Law School and Siena College. He is admitted practice in the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of New York; New York State Supreme Court, Second Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. District Court, State of Massachusetts; U.S. District Court, State of New Hampshire, and all New York State Courts.
