Robyn Nicoll is an Associate with our Criminal and Civil Litigation practices. She focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, product liability and other catastrophic injury cases. A graduate of Allegheny College and Albany Law School, Ms. Nicoll interned to the Hon. Thomas J. McAvoy, a Federal Judge in the Northern District of New York. She served as the Executive Editor of the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology, where she published: Long-Term Care Insurance and Genetic Discrimination-Get It While You're Young and Ignorant. Ms. Nicoll was a quarter-finalist in the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials Competition and competed on the National Trial Team. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the Capital District Women's Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Albany County and New York State Bar associations. She is also a member of the Junior League of Albany, and GenNEXT of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commere.
