Mr. Weiskopf is a graduate of Albany Law School and Case Western Reserve University. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department; the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Schenectady County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is a founding member and past President of the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association.
