Mr. Danziger has also been a litigator and lobbyist throughout his career and has served as general counsel to numerous state associations. He has shared his expertise through seminars, articles, and TV appearances. He has presented on topics including environmental injuries to children, lead poisoning prevention, media law, psychology and law, special education law, long-term care insurance, privacy and confidentiality. He was creator and co-editor of the New York State Bar publication Representing People with Disabilities and co-authored the chapter on Special Education Litigation. He chaired the New York State Bar Association's seminars on Lead Poisoning Prevention and Litigation.

    In the area of communication law, Mr. Danziger authored Tapping Officials' Secrets: The Door to Open Government in New York, a nationally published guidebook on New York State's Freedom of Information Law and Open Meetings Law. Mr. Danziger writes the chapter on Long-Term Care Insurance in the New York State Bar book Estate Planning and Will Drafting. He also originated and, for 10 years, authored Legal Line, a state-wide, syndicated newspaper column.
