Mr. Danziger is the supervising partner of our Lead Poisoning Litigation practice--the largest lead litigation group in upstate New York. The firm has reviewed over 1000 cases of childhood and adult lead poisoning and has obtained over $30 million dollars in settlements for its clients.

    Mr. Danziger has extensive experience in representing injured children. He concentrates on serious accidents and also environmental injuries, including lead poisoning, chemical injuries, toxic torts, and product liability. He has also represented hundreds of adult clients in injury and accident cases including lead poisoning, breast implant, Dalkon Shield, and Prozac litigation.
