Ms. Nichols is the managing partner of our Albany office and practices in the firm's personal injury litigation department, where she handles complex litigation matters both within and outside of the personal injury context. Such matters range from automobile accidents, products liability and medical malpractice actions to antitrust, federal and labor law class actions. Ms. Nichols handles complex legal issues that arise during litigation and has been instrumental in negotiating several of the firm's most significant settlements. She also assists with the firm's extensive appellate practice and has argued cases in numerous State and Federal Courts throughout the State.

    In addition, Ms. Nichols is the supervising partner of the firm's professional discipline practice. She has successfully represented physicians at the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and other professionals, such nurses, chiropractors and pharmacists at the Office of Professional Discipline, who are facing disciplinary action and/or license revocation.
