A graduate of Cornell University and Albany Law School, Mr. Rivchin is admitted to practice in all New York Courts, the US District Court for the Northern District of NY and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is an active member in the New York State and American Bar Association Committee on Litigation, Committee on Real Estate Law, and Committee on Banking, Corporate and Business Law.
