Mr. Richter is a partner in the firm's Lead Poisoning and Environmental Injury department. His practice also includes extensive toxic/environmental tort and complex commercial litigation work. As part of the firm's toxic/environmental tort team, Mr. Richter has successfully recovered millions of dollars for injured children throughout the State of New York.

    As part of his commercial practice, Mr. Richter provides legal counseling to both large and small business clients, including automobile dealerships, transportation companies, nursing homes, adult living facilities and computer software companies. Mr. Richter has been an instructor for a nationally recognized CPA exam review course and has spoken at commercial litigation seminars presented to the legal and business communities.

    Mr. Richter is a magna cum laude graduate of Union College and a graduate of Albany Law School, where he was an associate editor of the School's Journal of Science and Technology. Mr. Richter is admitted to practice law in all New York State courts as well as the Federal Northern District of New York. He is a member of the American, New York State, and Albany County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The Brain Injury Association of New York State and the New York State Automobile Dealers Association.
