Kurt Bratten is a member of the Health Department of O’Connell and Aronowitz, P.C. His practice includes advising clients about regulatory matters as well as litigation regarding regulatory and other health law matters. Mr. Bratten’s counseling services include assisting clients with the interpretation and navigation of state and federal regulatory requirements. Mr. Bratten has also been active in the Health Department’s Article 78 and appellate practices which have successfully challenged regulatory and enforcement actions by the New York State Department of Health.

    Although a significant part of his practice is dedicated to health law, Mr. Bratten also has extensive experience handling business and commercial matters, with a focus on civil litigation.
