Mr. Hickey is a Partner with our Litigation Practice where his focus is on personal injury and commercial litigation matters. He has tried and arbitrated cases in fields ranging from Negligence, Personal Injury, and Property Damage claims to Contract Disputes and Labor and Employment Law matters. He is also experienced in real estate matters. Mr. Hickey has presented seminars for the Albany and Schenectady County bar associations and Lorman Educational Services on depositions and no-fault law.

    Mr. Hickey is a cum laude graduate of Albany Law School and a graduate of the University at Albany. He has been admitted to all New York Courts and to all Federal District Courts in New York State. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, New York State and Schenectady County bar associations, the Mortgage Bankers' Association and the Albany Ancient Order of Hibernians.
