Ms. Mikullitz is an Associate with our Environmental Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Lead Paint Poisoning group, which focuses on representing injured children and individuals with brain injuries. She handles all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, depositions, motion and appellate practice, and preparing for and attending trials. Her article: An Argument against Governmental Immunity in the Area of Lead Poisoning Litigation, was published in the Albany Law Environmental Outlook Law Journal in 2005.

    Ms. Mikullitz is a Cum Laude graduate of Albany Law School and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Skidmore College. While at Albany Law School, she was associate editor of the Albany Environmental Outlook Law Journal. She is an honorary member of the Justinian Society and is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Ms. Mikullitz is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Capital District Women's Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, and the Brain Injury Association of New York State.
