Ms. Jerian is an Associate with our Environmental Injury and Lead Paint Poisoning group, which focuses on representing injured children. She handles all aspects of cases, including client intake, legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, motion practice, and preparing for and attending trials.

    Ms. Jerian is a summa cum laude graduate of the University at Albany and a magna cum laude graduate of Albany Law School, where she was a Note and Comment Editor of the School's Journal of Science and Technology. Her article, What's a Legal System to do? The Problem of Regulating Internet Pharmacies, was published in the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology in 2006. Ms. Jerian was also the 2006 recipient of the Judge Bernard S. Meyer Scholarship. She is an honorary member of the Justinian Society and is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Capital District Women's Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association.
