Mr. Wander is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Albany in Public Accounting and a cum laude graduate of Albany Law School. He is admitted to practice in all New York Courts, the US District Court for the Northern District of NY and US Tax Court.

    An active member of our local community, Mr. Wander has served as President of Congregation Beth Emeth, Daughters of Sarah Nursing Center, and B'nai B'rith. He was a recipient of the B'nai B'rith Covenant Award for service. He served as Vice President of the Northeast Council of the Union for Reform Judaism and served on the National Board of the Union for Reform Judaism. He was also on the Boards of the B'nai B'rith Parkview Apartments for the elderly and the Shaker Ridge and Colonie Country Clubs. He is presently on the Board of the Albany Institute of History and Art.
