Ms. Mindoro is an associate in the firm's Plattsburgh office. A native of southern California, Ms. Mindoro received her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in Finance and Risk Management in 2001 from La Sierra University in Riverside, California. Ms. Mindoro graduated cum laude with honors for her senior thesis, Conditional Risk and Return in Bank Holding Stock Companies: Evidence from the Emerging Market of South Africa. In 2007, Ms. Mindoro received her Juris Doctorate degree and Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo. While in law school, Ms. Mindoro was an active member of the University at Buffalo Securities Clinic and served as a legislative extern to United States Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. Throughout her time in law school, Ms. Mindoro was employed as a law clerk with the Law Offices of Kantor & Godwin, PLLC, concentrating in the litigation of serious railroad injuries under the Federal Employers' Liability Act and the Federal Safety Appliance Act. Ms. Mindoro was also Summer Associate with the Buffalo Office of Hiscock & Barclay, LLP.

    Ms. Mindoro currently concentrates in the practice areas of general litigation, criminal defense and Family Law including custody and support proceedings. Ms. Mindoro is a member of the Clinton County Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
