Mr. Biggs is a partner in our Plattsburgh office where his practice centers on commercial and real estate litigation, personal injury, malpractice, matrimonial, and bankruptcy law. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of civil litigation, from the trial through the appellate process. In addition, he has an active bankruptcy practice representing all types of debtors, including individuals, businesses and farming operations - from straight liquidations to more complex reorganizations. He also represents creditors in commercial collection cases and defends creditors' rights in the Bankruptcy Courts. Finally, he has experience in municipal law; he is the attorney for the Town of Peru and has also handled litigation matters for the County of Clinton and the Town of Plattsburgh. He resides in Peru where his two dogs and two cats are kind enough to allow he and his girlfriend a place to live.

    He is cum laude graduate of Albany Law School and a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany. He is admitted to practice in all New York Courts and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York. He is a member of the New York, Clinton County and Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Associations as well as the American Trial Lawyers Association.
