Mr. Schneller is an associate in our Plattsburgh Office where his practice focuses on federal criminal law, civil litigation, land use and zoning, environmental litigation, and appellate law. His federal criminal practice includes the representation of defendants who have been charged with felonies and misdemeanors in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He has handled numerous criminal immigration matters and federal drug charges. His civil practice includes the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants through all phases of civil litigation, including the appellate process. His environmental, land use and zoning practice includes the representation of respondents in enforcement proceedings involving the Department of Environmental Conservation, representation of applicants before municipal zoning boards, and the handling of enforcement matters for the Clinton County Health Department.

    Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Schneller served as the Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Merideth Wright and the Honorable Thomas Durkin of the Vermont Environmental Court, which is an appellate court with statewide jurisdiction over appeals from regulatory, enforcement and zoning decisions. He is a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and a cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton.
