David E. Nardolillo is an Associate in our Health Law Department. His primary practice involves advising clients with regard to regulatory and other health law matters, including representing clients in related litigation.

    In addition, Mr. Nardolillo has broad experience in a variety of civil and commercial litigation practice areas, including experience in Dealership/Distributorship and Franchising Litigation, Financial Litigation and Consumer Protection and Fraud Litigation.

    Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nardolillo practiced with Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

    Before Mr. Nardolillo attended law school, he spent six years with Merrill Lynch Government Securities, Inc. in New York, New York, serving as a bond trader on the company's U.S. Government Agency Desk. His experience included: primary and secondary market trading responsibilities, syndication and origination of bond issues for government sponsored enterprises, and the execution and implementation of hedging strategies involving futures and interest rate swaps.
