David W. Morris is Of Counsel to the firm in our Saratoga office, and his practice focuses on public sector labor negotiations, education law, real estate, and arbitration. Prior to joining O'Connell and Aronowitz, he practiced for many years as a sole-practitioner in Albany and Saratoga Springs, where he is a well-known and respected attorney.

    As a long-time resident and representative of Saratoga Springs, Mr. Morris has had a distinguished business career, including General Counsel, President and General Manager of Saratoga Raceway. He served as Director of the Harness Tracks of America and The United States Trotting Association and was also a Founder and Director of the Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureau. Active in the Saratoga community, Mr. Morris has volunteered as an American Cancer Society driver, and he was Director of the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Northeastern New York.

    Mr. Morris is a graduate of Union College and Albany Law School, and served from 1984 through 1997 as a Trustee and Vice-Chair of the Albany Law School Board of Trustees. He is admitted to practice law in all of the courts in New York State and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, and he is a member of the Saratoga County Bar Association.
