His article, "'Body Property': Challenging the Ethical Barriers in Organ Transplantation to Protect Individual Autonomy," was published in the Annals of Health Law of Loyola University School of Law in 2008. He recently presented at the American Association of Bioanalysts Annual Meeting and Educational Conference on the topic of "How Health Care Reform will Change Medicare's Fraud and Abuse and Program Integrity Practices." Mr. Dunham graduated magna cum laude from the University of Albany in 2004, and he graduated cum laude from Albany Law School in 2008 with a Health Law Concentration. He also completed the Advanced Program at the Alden March Bioethics Institute of Albany Medical College in 2006. While at Albany Law School, he was senior editor of the Albany Law Review and a semi-finalist in both the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials Competition and the National Health Law Moot Court Competition. Mr. Dunham is admitted to practice in all the courts of New York State, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of New York and for the Western District of New York. He is a member of American Health Lawyers Association, the Health Sections of the American and New York State Bar Associations, and the Albany County and Saratoga County Bar Associations.
