Mr. Dunham focuses on health law and healthcare fraud and abuse. His practice includes the representation of nursing homes, adult care facilities, and individual providers and provider networks in connection with Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues, the creation and implementation of internal compliance programs, governmental and third-party payor investigations, and Anti-Kickback and Stark Law matters.
